Saturday 10 th November 2007 will be marked as history for the female football in Gozo. This because of the first competitive games from the first league were played at the new ground of Oratory in Victoria. The first history match was between Nadur Youngsters and SK Victoria Wanderers which finish as a big 10-3 victory for the citizens. The referee of his game was Mr. Joe Bajada assistit by Mr. Carmel Formosa. The second match played after finished as a victory of 3-1 for Kercem Ajax against Xaghra United. |
